Rouane Itani's Bio:
Rouane Itani has over a decade of experience in media production and promotion with a focus on educational videos and documentaries. Under her company Aflama, LLC, Rouane Itani provides video production services, cross-cultural communication and media consulting serving non-profit organizations, small businesses, corporate and educational clients, as well as independent media makers and activist groups.
Fluent in Arabic and French, Rouane is internationally experienced with a focus on the Middle East.
She is committed to social justice, human rights and gender issues, particularly in connection to the Arab world and the global South.
Rouane Itani serves on the Board of Women in Film and Video as WIFTI Liaison. She holds a Master's degree in Film and Video Producing from American University in Washington, DC.
